• Standard web server information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited on our Site.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to understand how the Site is used.

Information we access through Google APIs

If you authorize us to manage your Google Business Profile, we access data from Google Business Profile APIs, which may include business name, address, phone number, business hours, categories, photos, reviews, posts, and performance metrics such as impressions, website clicks, call clicks, and direction requests. We access this data only for the Google Business Profiles you have authorized us to manage.

• Create, review, schedule, and publish content to the business listings you have authorized us to manage
• Report performance metrics back to you
• Operate, maintain, and improve our services
• Communicate with you about your account and our services
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Google API Data and Limited Use

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only access Google user data that is necessary to provide the services you have asked us to perform.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, for building advertising profiles, or for training machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
• We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data except where necessary to provide the service you requested, where we have your consent, or where required for security, legal, or compliance purposes.
• We retain Google user data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

We retain business listing content and performance reports for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping purposes. Google user data obtained through the APIs is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services described above. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 8.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access for staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. You may revoke our access to your Google Business Profile at any time by removing our account from your Google Business Profile managers, or through your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. 9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
