What we handle, and what we leave alone

We work on the listing itself — the part customers see on Google Search and Maps before they ever reach a website. Below is exactly what is included, and the boundaries we keep.

▣

Business Profile posts

Written for one location at a time, using that business's real services and details. Each post is reviewed by a second team member before it is submitted. Typical cadence is one to two posts per location per day, scheduled for mid-morning local time.

◈

Photos & visual content

We work from photographs the business already owns, organizing them by service, season, and storefront. We do not use stock imagery of work the business did not do.

◇

Listing accuracy

Hours, holiday hours, services, categories, phone number, and address kept current. When a business changes its hours, we update the listing rather than letting customers find stale information.

◉

Performance reporting

Monthly reports covering impressions, website clicks, call clicks, and direction requests, with a plain-language read on what changed and why.

◐

Review monitoring

New reviews across managed locations are tracked and surfaced to the owner, including anything that needs a response or escalation.

◆

Multi-location coordination

For owners running more than one storefront, each location keeps its own content and schedule, coordinated through a single point of contact.

Boundaries

What we don't do

We would rather tell you this up front than have you discover it later.

We don't publish without review

Every post is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before it is submitted. We do not run automated posting, and we do not schedule content that no one has read.

We don't invent details

Prices, discounts, business hours, and service descriptions come from the business's own records. If we don't know something, we ask rather than guess.

We don't buy reviews or write them

We monitor reviews and help owners respond. We do not solicit fake reviews, and we do not post on a customer's behalf.

We don't promise rankings

Google decides what shows and where. We can make a listing accurate and active; we cannot guarantee a specific position, and we won't sell you one.

How engagement starts

Intro callWe look at the current listing together and talk through what the business wants more of — calls, walk-ins, bookings.
Listing reviewWe document the current state: information, photos, posting history, and what competitors in the area are doing.
Ongoing workContent is drafted, reviewed, and published. The owner sees what goes out and can change any of it.
Monthly check-inPerformance report plus a conversation about what to adjust for the coming month.
