These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and East Dynasty Service Inc ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), with its principal place of business at 41-25 Kissena Blvd Ste 119, Flushing, NY 11355. 1. Services

We provide local search marketing services, including preparing and publishing content such as updates, offers, and events to Google Business Profiles that you own or are authorized to manage, as well as reporting on the performance of those listings.

2. Your Authorization and Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or are an authorized owner or manager of each Google Business Profile you ask us to manage
• You have the authority to grant us manager access to those profiles
• The content and information you provide to us, including text, images, prices, offers, and business hours, is accurate and lawful
• You have the rights to use and publish any images or text you provide

You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, unless you have expressly instructed us otherwise in writing.

3. Content Review

All content is reviewed by our staff before it is submitted for publication. We do not publish content that we know or reasonably believe to be false, misleading, deceptive, or in violation of Google's content policies. We reserve the right to decline to publish any content for any reason.

4. Compliance with Third-Party Policies

Your use of our services in connection with Google Business Profile remains subject to Google's terms and policies. We do not guarantee that any content will be approved, displayed, or retained by Google, and we are not responsible for removals, suspensions, or penalties imposed by Google.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing periods, and payment terms are set out in the order form or agreement between you and us. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in that agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide to us. We retain ownership of our tools, templates, systems, and know-how. You grant us a limited license to use the materials you provide solely to perform the services.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific ranking, placement, number of impressions, calls, clicks, or revenue. Search visibility depends on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice. On termination, we will stop publishing on your behalf and will delete or return your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
